All images by Magic Makers Studio are copyright protected, they may not be printed, distributed, shared, copied, screen shotted, or used with our written permission. Clients provided with social media files may only use the images for sharing on their smart devices and social media. Social media files are not to be printed.

 

1) Magic Makers Studio owns the copyright of all the art created by Magic Makers Studio and Magic Makers Academy. 2) Social media files may be shared and used digitally. Any printing right must be requested and have written approve from Magic Makers Studio. 3) Magic Makers Studio may use created images for photo competitions, sample products and marketing. 4) Magic Makers Studio cannot be responsible for delays due to current market conditions. 5) It is important client’s approval all Magic Makers Studio proofs as no items can be ordered without list approval. 6) Magic Makers Studio is not responsible for missing packages that are drop shipped directly to the client. 7) Due to the custom nature of our work, full payment is due to begin processing your order. All sales are final.
